The official website of the China-Africa Innovation Cooperation Center（http://caicc.net.cn/index）was launched at the opening ceremony of the 2021 China-Africa Innovation Cooperation Conference, in Wuhan, capital of central China's Hubei Province, on December 12.

The Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) and the Hubei Provincial People's Government jointly started the construction of the China-Africa Innovation Cooperation Center in May 2020. And the center was inaugurated in Wuhan on February 18, 2021. It is the only national-level regional innovation cooperation platform for Africa, which was co-established by the MOST and the province.

The launching of the website marks the development of the China-Africa Innovation Cooperation Center in both online and offline forms. Hubei will enhance cooperation and exchanges with African countries via this platform, and strive to create new prospects of China-Africa cooperation.
