Medals unveiled for 2019 Wuhan Marathon
Participants’ T-shirts and finisher medals of 2019 Wuhan Marathon were unveiled at the official press conference in Wuhan, capital of central China’s Hubei Province, on March 19.
The Wuhan Marathon Organizing Committee is set to issue customized transportation cards stored with 10 yuan, making participants accessible to public vehicles before the marathon.
The finisher medals adopt a three-dimensional engraving technique, with the East Lake Greenway and the Yangtze River Bridge engraved on both sides. And every participant who wins a medal can enjoy letter-engraving services for free.
2019 Wuhan Marathon is slated to trigger on April 14, 2019, which consists of full marathon (42.195 km), half marathon (21.0975 km) and health run (13 km). The championship prizes of full marathon and half marathon will be doubled, with the championship prize of full marathon reaching 20,000 U.S. dollars.(hubei.gov.cn by Zhang Yawei)
