The second Artificial Intelligence Conference and Entrepreneurs Summit Forum of China’s Optics Valley were held on July 24 in Wuhan, capital of central China’s Hubei Province.

The two-day event gathered 9 academicians of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering, 5 foreign academicians of European Academy of Sciences and Russian Academy of Engineering, 80 academic and industry experts as well as more than 1,000 students. They discussed cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies and sought for cooperation in the related industry.

During the conference, the establishment of Optics Valley AI Technology Alliance was announced. The alliance, incorporating investment institutions and leading enterprises in the artificial intelligence industry, will boost the development of artificial intelligence in Hubei.

The AI industry fund of Zero2IPO Group was signed on site. The fund will focus on artificial intelligence, including underlying layer, technology layer and application layer enterprises.
